Taiji is a leading manufacturer specializing in a comprehensive range of glass-lined equipment. Our product lineup includes various models of glass-lined reactors, storage tanks, and distillation vessels. We also produce non-standard pressure vessels, stainless steel and carbon steel vessels of all classes, GMP-compliant stainless steel-glass-lined equipment, and an array of glass-lined fittings, such as straight pipes, tees, and crosses. Additionally, our offerings extend to glass-lined columns, nutsche filters, heat exchangers, and fluoroplastic equipment, including silicon carbide heat exchangers, PFA columns, PFA fittings, and PFA valves.
As a pioneer in China’s glass-lined industry, Taiji sets the standard in manufacturing processes, production management, and equipment. Our glass-lined equipment has consistently led the industry in both production and sales for over a decade. We utilize cutting-edge technology, including precision laser cutting machines, drilling robots, edge-cutting robots, and welding robots to ensure superior welding quality. Our state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled electric furnaces are capable of producing glass-lined equipment up to 180,000 liters. Our self-developed high-performance glazes, including TJ09, TJ16, and TJ21, achieve international excellence in acid and alkali resistance, as well as mechanical impact resistance.
Taiji holds numerous patents for glass-lined equipment production and fluoroplastic equipment, including three invention patents. We pioneered the development of large-scale, high-end glass-lined equipment in China, successfully creating the country’s first large-scale glass-lined storage tank (80,000 liters) back in 2007. We are certified by major international standards including ASME, PED, RTN, and ISO, and our glass-lined equipment has earned the “Shandong Famous Brand” title. As one of China’s top ten glass-lined equipment companies, we have drafted and established national standards for glass-lined equipment three times. We have also been recognized as a “Significant Contributor” in the chemical equipment industry and hold numerous honors and qualifications.
